Ripple Effects in the Bush

By Nicole Macpherson

I've created this page because......

I've created this page because I care deeply about preventing suicide and mental illness. I’m incredibly proud to support the mission my little sister and her team are on – to help all Australians access a lifestyle that supports mental health and wellbeing.

While I’m not a surfer, I’ve chosen to take on my own personal challenge - to move my body in nature for a minimum of 22 hours over the month of April – the same number of hours surfers will be spending in the water.

For me, this is about creating space to reconnect with my body, breathe deeply, and slow down – because I know firsthand how powerful that can be for our mental health.

Please help me support Ripple Effect Foundation by donating or sharing this page with your friends and family. Your generosity means the world – thank you for being part of the movement!

Week One Update

Monday 7th Apr
Well one week down, and I’ve spent my time doing a variety of things. There’s been some yoga, walking, breathwork, and mindfulness.

I’ve completed 5.5 hours toward the 22 hours of the challenge.
